Stonehenge, a residential real estate company, sought a brand refresh and a sharper positioning statement. We introduced a bold new tagline and amplified the brand’s signature red to modernize the visual identity. To inject youth and energy into campaigns, we made pets the heroes—most notably in the Find Your Hood campaign, where a different dog represented each Manhattan neighborhood. The refreshed brand came to life across every touchpoint: building communications, print ads, OOH, brochures, leasing office styling and messaging, 3D magnetic maps, email campaigns, and guerrilla marketing.
